IRS OPENS THE DOOR FOR LONG TERM MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS

THE CURRENT TREND IN REGIONALIZATION PANEL DISCUSSION
Utility regionalization can take many forms from inter-municipal cooperation, to acquisitions, to establishment of new regional authorities. This workshop focuses on potential drivers for establishing a new regional authority or district and the tools needed for success.

WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT OPTIONS FOR UNSEWERED TOWNS
The presentation will address the regulatory framework for community wastewater treatment systems and non-community systems under the purview of the Department of Public Health and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, discuss examples of various projects and comment on potential regulatory alternatives for on-site systems.  Stu is open to suggestions for additional aspects of the subject for his discussion.
